The Dorset Golf & Country Club hosts two of the most challenging courses in Dorset and is recognized as one of the golfing gems of the South of England. The Martin Hawtree designed; Lakeland/Parkland and Woodland courses are built to full USGA specification and are extremely well maintained, presenting excellent playing conditions for all levels of golfers. The Championship Lakeland Course, Par 72, provides a great golfing experience with beautifully sculptured greens, surrounded by cleverly placed bunkers. The course also boasts some of the most picturesque lakes and waterways you could find on any course. The Woodland Course, Par 66, offers a contrasting challenge to our main course with tight tree lined fairways, which have been carved through a forest of rhododendrons. We have a floodlight driving range consisting of 22 bays, 12 under cover enabling all year round practice. We are open from 8am till 8pm.

Where to Stay
THE DORSET RESORT
Would you like to rent a beautiful holiday house in Dorset? Enjoy a holiday of a lifetime Located close to a stunning coastline, on a Championship Golf Course.
THE RESORT HOUSES
The Fairy tale Scandinavian-style houses at the Dorset Resort are very different types of buildings not often seen in the English Countryside. Made entirely from trees grown in the Nordic forests of Finland, these houses create a unique healthy living environment because the wood "breathes" whilst at the same time being a better insulator than brick.
The homes combine simplicity with luxury, the natural oiled pine floors, walls and ceilings create a remarkably relaxed living space and all the furniture and fittings are of very high quality. People will be able to rent periods from 2 days to 4 weeks in these wonderfull homes, enabling them to spend quality time in this picturesque area of Dorset.
